* If your condominium uses Hamlett, you should have access to the condominium's access code so you can join and share spots with your neighbors. * A condominium can be created by either the board or the residents. The board is advised to contact us to get admin access and extra features. Creating the condominium is free and takes less than a minute. * Once the condominium is created, you will receive a unique access code that must be shared with your neighbors. Only those with the code can access the condominium, and no further follow-up is required from the person who created it.

* With Hamlett, residents receive multiple notifications as a request approaches, not just one when it's created. * Privacy is ensured in Hamlett. No one can see which spots are available. In a Facebook group, however, anyone can see when neighbors aren't home. * Not everyone wants a Facebook account, which reduces the chance of finding an available spot.

* With Hamlett, you don't need to register your parking spot's availability. Simply create a request with the desired time, and your neighbors will be notified instantly and can quickly accept the request. * Payments are fully integrated in the app. If a booking is not paid on time, it will be automatically canceled.

No, Hamlett can also be used in other situations where multiple people share a parking facility and need to reserve spots.

* The hourly rate is the same for everyone in the condominium. Hamlett sets the amount based on the area where the building is located, as well as the average from other condominiums using Hamlett. A small fee is deducted from the price to cover platform and transaction costs. * In the future, the plan is for each user to set their desired rental price, and for renters to indicate how much they are willing to pay when creating a parking request.

You must register your bank account in the app via Stripe, our secure payment partner. All payments between residents, as well as payouts to your bank account, are handled securely through Stripe. Hamlett never stores any payment information.

Both the parking spot owner and the requester can cancel a reservation before it's paid. Once the reservation is paid, only the requester can cancel it. However, the payment is non-refundable.

Hamlett is exclusive to your condominium's residents, so it's a trusted group. Additionally, the app maintains a record of all parking transactions, creating accountability within the system. Hamlett is built on trust and respect between neighbors.
